A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed once your booking fee has been received.

Your booking fee will be deducted from your final payment. Before making a booking, please read the Booking Policy and Terms & Conditions.

By completing your online booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

For all appointments, please arrive on time. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show. Your booking fee will be forfeited.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be modified or cancelled if there is not enough time to complete your service.

Alice x Nail reserves the right to modify or shorten your service to fit within the remaining appointment time. If there is not enough time to complete your service safely, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

If you don’t attend your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited.

If you repeatedly fail to attend your appointments without notice, Alice x Nail reserves the right to refuse future bookings.

Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your booked service must be made through your online booking account at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel, reschedule, or change your booked service less than 48 hours before your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

If you experience any issues accessing your booking, please contact me as soon as possible.

Pricing and appointment time are determined by the level of nail art you book and will be confirmed before your appointment.

If you shorten, remove, or change your booked nail art less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full quoted price for the nail art level originally booked.

If your nails experience lifting or breakage within 48 hours of your appointment due to an application issue, please contact me as soon as possible. Repairs will be provided free of charge at my next available appointment. After 48 hours, any repairs will require a new booking, and the standard repair fee will apply.

Alice x Nail does not offer refunds under any circumstances. During your appointment, I will regularly check that you are happy with your nails and make any adjustments where possible before your appointment is completed. If you have any concerns during your appointment, please let me know immediately so I can address them on the spot.
